Research shows, these enhanced connections provide the opportunity for us to reach sub-conscious information, allowing us to release blocks and old stories, while laying the ground work for us to choose new ways of moving forward.

In addition integrating a new modality each month, this is a safe space for all humans to be seen, heard, celebrated and witnessed in their full expression – judgement free.
